Over the last 2 years it has gotten bad enough that I felt I needed to say something because they don't hear me when I call and complain. Today we ordered 3 meals and all three were wrong. The chicken fried steak isn't steak any longer, and today it tasted old and the mash potatoes tasted like they had been refrigerated for a couple days and pulled out and nuked. The rolls were cold, hard, and tuff. I really feel like I'm being nice by giving them a 3 on my rating. I hope they read this.April 23, 2018
